As University of Cincinnati GOLD alumni from the classes of 1998-2008, you probably recall some fond memories from your time at UC. Though you may not have realized it at the time, it was private support from devoted UC alumni that helped shape your college experiences. 

The generous financial contributions of many alumni and friends supported everything from scholarships to UC’s library resources to the new technology you used every day.

Now, it's your turn to share in this tradition of giving back, ensuring that today’s UC students have an equally remarkable college experience. Help your college win the GOLD Challenge!_________________________________________________________

GOLD Challenge

This friendly competition among 11 of UC's colleges promotes philanthropy among Graduates of the Last Decade by encouraging them to give back to their colleges.

This year's GOLD Challenge ended on June 30. 

Colleges are ranked by the following criteria:

• Participation (number of alumni making gifts on an annual basis)
  
  
• Total dollars raised for each college
  
  
• Average gift each GOLD alumni makes to their college
  
  
• In the event of a tie the winner will be determined by which college has the most alumni making any gift back to their alma mater. 

See the chart below to keep track of your college’s standing in the GOLD Challenge. College standings will be updated every three weeks through June 30, 2009.

Leadership Gifts

Your annual leadership gift ($100 x the number of years since you graduated) qualifies you for recognition and membership in the Red and Black Society.
